Commission
Attrition pattern review
A four-to-six-week look at who is leaving one function or site, in which month, after how long, and what replacements actually cost.
Who it is for
HR leads who have been asked why a ward, depot, store group or contact centre cannot hold people — and who suspect the company-wide turnover slide is hiding the story.
Result
A short pack (usually eight to twelve pages) mapping leavers by tenure, month, shift pattern where you hold it, and recruiting channel. It names the two or three patterns that actually move the number, and the ones that look dramatic in a meeting but rest on a handful of people.
Scope
One function or one geographic cluster, 24 months of leavers if present. We will not stretch a single-site file into a group-wide story.
Included
File checklist, one working session, the pack, and a ninety-minute briefing with the local manager and the HR partner. Excluded: exit-interview coding from scratch, and any claim about “engagement” we cannot see in the leaver file.
Provider, time, place
Led by Priya Nair. Four to six weeks. Remote sessions; briefing on site if you prefer. Prepare a leave-reason list and a note of which starters were agency conversions.
Price and next step
Quoted after we have seen column headings. A deposit of one-third on instruction. Write to us with the site name and headcount in scope.
