Terms
Terms of instruction and site use
These terms govern use of system-fieldbase.click and, where you instruct us, the professional work described in our letters of instruction. They are written for commissions in the United Kingdom.
## 1. Who we are
System Fieldbase is the trading name of the practice operating from 44 Simone Weil Avenue, Watlington, PE33 0XB, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@system-fieldbase.click and 07968660917.
## 2. Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. By paying a deposit or signing a letter of instruction you agree to the engagement terms in that letter as well. If the letter and these terms conflict, the letter prevails for that commission.
## 3. What we offer
We provide professional studies and briefing packs for workforce planning, attrition pattern reviews, establishment audits and related advisory work. We do not sell software, subscriptions, or access to a hosted product. Prices on this site are informational.
## 4. Instruction
Work starts only after a written instruction and, where specified, receipt of the deposit. We may decline a commission if the extract cannot support the figures requested, or if a sponsor requires a cover figure we will not print.
## 5. Your files
You warrant that you have the authority to share the extracts you send, and that you have removed or anonymised personal data to the degree your own policies require before transmission, unless we have agreed a controlled transfer in writing.
## 6. Intellectual property
You own the pack we deliver for your internal use, including board circulation. You may not resell the pack or present it as the work of another firm. We retain the method, templates and blank chart structures. We may describe the sector and the type of study in anonymised form.
## 7. Liability
We prepare figures from the files you supply. We are not your auditor, legal adviser or actuary. Our liability for a commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission, except where the law of England and Wales does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud). We are not liable for decisions your board takes after reading the pack.
## 8. Website
The site is provided as a description of our practice. We may change pages without notice. We are not liable for interruption of this static site.
## 9. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from the site or a commission, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
## 10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your instruction applies to that instruction.
