A designed pack for a single board or committee date — establishment, leavers and scenarios already agreed, set in a sequence a non-HR director can follow.
Who it is for
A people director who already has the underlying tables from an earlier study (ours or an internal analyst) and needs them in a sequence a non-HR director can follow on a Thursday afternoon.
Result
A paginated pack with a cover note, figure list, and the three questions we expect from the chair. Charts are drawn for print, not for a projector that no one can read from the back row.
Scope
One meeting date, one version, one round of amends. We will not maintain a living pack between meetings unless you commission the quarterly watch.
Timing
Two to three weeks if the source tables are stable. We need the committee date before we accept the work.
